My Story

I began my career in the fast-paced world of Michelin-starred kitchens, where I first discovered my love for food. The energy, creativity, and pursuit of perfection taught me discipline and craftsmanship at the highest level.

During lockdown, I found myself working in a bakery, and it was there that I truly fell in love with the art of crafting bread and pastries. The patience, precision, and creativity it demanded felt like second nature to me.

Working directly with flour mills and farmers opened my eyes to something deeper. The real importance of the quality of our food. I discovered the difference that organic, carefully grown produce makes, not just in flavour, but in how it makes us feel.

It also made me realise how far much of the food in our shops and supermarkets has drifted from that natural goodness. So many products are overly processed, filled with additives, and a world away from the simple, nourishing food our bodies thrive on.

I am incredibly passionate about restoring British farming. We have some of the most beautiful produce in the world, and I believe it’s time for us to truly understand it, celebrate it, and champion it.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to share what I’ve learned. I want to help people reconnect with their food, to understand where it comes from, why it matters, and how to cook it in ways that are simple, delicious, and deeply nourishing. For me, it’s about celebrating real food, made with care, and bringing that joy back into everyday life.
